Accessibility

How we make the Cocoa Beach Club website usable without barriers, and who to tell if something doesn’t work.

This is a translation. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to buy tickets and book a table at Cocoa Beach Club, including with a screen reader, using only a keyboard or with enlarged text. The website is built to meet the WCAG 2.2 level AA guidelines and we check it with the keyboard, with zoom enlarged and on mobile.

We last reviewed the website’s accessibility on 25 October 2026.

What we’ve done

We have tried to make sure that meaningful images have alternative text, that forms have labels and show errors next to each field, that everything works with a keyboard, that pages can be zoomed and that the reduce-motion setting is respected.

The website is in Spanish, Valencian and English.

What may still not work

The table map works with a keyboard and has the list of free tables next to it, but on small screens the tables on the map are small. Payment is handled by Stripe’s form, which has its own accessibility.

Ticket and booking PDFs are tagged for screen readers and the QR code has a description. Even so, each ticket and booking has its own page with the same information, which is usually easier with a screen reader.

Event posters are images: the date, times, minimum age, dress code and prices are also in the text of each event.

If you can’t use something

Email us at info@grupo-cocoa.com and tell us which page and what the problem is: we’ll help you buy or book another way and fix it. If you’d rather not write, call us on +34 675 09 49 39. We reply as soon as possible and within 15 days at the latest.
