Tickets

Where can I buy tickets?

Right here, on the official website: on each date’s page in the calendar. You pay online and they arrive by email with their QR code. If a special date is sold on another ticketing site, its page says so and links to it.

How much is a ticket?

It depends on the date and the ticket type. For the upcoming dates, from €10 + €0.43 booking fee; some nights have a free guest list or free entry. Each date’s price is on its page in the calendar.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. Show the QR code on your phone: on your ticket page, tap it to see it full size and stop the screen from turning off. A printed copy works too. Each QR code is valid for one person and one entry only.

What do I need to bring to get in?

Your ticket and an original ID document (Spanish DNI, NIE or passport). Each event has its own minimum age, shown on its page: if you are under it, you won’t be let in and the amount paid won’t be refunded.

I haven’t received the email with my tickets

Check your spam folder. If it isn’t there, go to My tickets, enter the email address or phone number you bought with and we’ll send you the links again. If you bought on this phone, you’ll see them right there without entering anything.

Can I give a ticket to someone else?

Yes. Each ticket has its own link and PDF: open it from your order and share it on WhatsApp or however you like. If the ticket is in someone’s name and the ticket type allows it, you can change the name from its link as long as it hasn’t been used.

Until what time is my ticket valid?

Until closing, unless it says otherwise: some (guest list tickets, for example) have a cut-off time, after which there’s a supplement to pay at the door. You’ll see this before you buy and on the ticket itself.

What is the booking fee?

It’s what we charge for handling your purchase or booking online, the same whichever payment method you use. It’s added to the price we show, with the amount right below each price; for tables with a part paid at the venue, it only applies to the part paid online and you’ll see the amount before you pay. Anything free or paid at the venue has no booking fee.

How can I pay?

Online, by card or by the other methods shown on the payment page, which may depend on your device. Payments are processed by Stripe: we never see or store your card number.

VIP tables

How do I book a VIP table?

On the bookings page: choose the date and the area and tell us how many of you there are. Depending on the area, you pay online, leave a deposit or pay on arrival. The booking’s QR code arrives by email and you show it at the door.

Does the VIP table include entry?

Yes, in the areas marked “Entry to Cocoa included” (you’ll see it when you choose the area and in your booking): the whole group gets into Cocoa (Main Room), Room 2 and Mayimbe without buying tickets.

How does table pricing work?

Each package includes one bottle for a set number of people. If there are more of you, each extra guest pays a supplement, up to a maximum per bottle; beyond that, another bottle. If you prefer, you can choose fewer bottles and pay more supplements: when you book you’ll see all the options with their prices.

Do I pay everything when I book?

It depends on the area: in some you pay everything online, in others a deposit online and the rest at the venue, and in others everything at the venue. Each area shows this before you book, including the booking fee if there’s an online payment.

Can I choose my table?

In areas with a floor plan, yes: you pick the table on the plan and we show you how many people it seats. In the others, the venue gives you one when you arrive.

Can I cancel my booking?

If you haven’t paid anything online, you can cancel it free of charge from your booking link until the deadline shown there. If the table requires a guarantee card and you don’t turn up and didn’t cancel in time, the percentage shown when booking is charged. If you paid a deposit or the whole booking online, the amount paid is not refunded, except in the cases of the refund policy below.

What if we’re late?

We hold the table until 30 minutes after the arrival time you chose. If you’re going to be later than that, let the venue know on WhatsApp (opens in a new tab).

Refunds

Can I get a refund if I can’t go?

No refunds, except in exceptional cases assessed by the venue and only if requested at least 24 hours before the event starts. The booking fee is non-refundable. If the event is cancelled, or changes date and you cannot attend, everything is refunded. A refunded ticket or booking is cancelled and its QR code stops working. As this is a leisure service for a specific date, there is no right of withdrawal. More details in the terms of purchase.

What if the event is cancelled?

We refund everything, booking fee included, by the same method you paid with. Card refunds usually take 5 to 10 days, depending on the bank.

What if the event changes date?

Your ticket or booking is valid for the new date. If you can’t go, write to us and we’ll refund everything you paid, booking fee included.

At the club

What is Cocoa Beach Club?

A beach nightclub in Puerto de Sagunto (Valencia), with three rooms and one ticket. Next door is Le Suite, a separate pub with free entry.

What rooms are there and what music do they play?

One ticket gets you into all three rooms of the club: Cocoa (Main Room), Room 2 and Mayimbe.
Cocoa (Main Room) — The main room: chart hits, reggaeton and the anthems everyone sings word for word.
Le Suite — A separate venue, free to get in: no Cocoa ticket needed. To start the night or to keep it going.
Room 2 — Techno and old skool for those who come to dance non-stop.
Mayimbe — Latin music from start to finish, so you never stop dancing.

How old do I need to be to get in?

It depends on the date: for the upcoming ones, 16 or 18 and over, depending on the night. Each date’s minimum age is on its page. At the door you’ll be asked for an original Spanish DNI, NIE or passport.

Where is it?

Av. Mediterráneo, 44, 46520 Puerto de Sagunto (Valencia). Open in Google Maps (opens in a new tab).

Is there a dress code?

Casual, and sportswear isn’t allowed. If an event asks for a different dress code (for example, fancy dress), it’s shown on its page. The venue’s admission conditions are in the terms of purchase.

Can I celebrate a birthday or come with a big group?

Yes. Book a VIP table for your group, however many of you there are.
